I purchased real es...</title><content type='html'>I don&amp;#39;t know about this .... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I purchased real estate as a simple investment. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;$120k purchase price including closing costs( short sale, great deal ) .      It&amp;#39;s worth 135k now ( really worth that .... others exactly like it are currently selling for roughly 135-140k).   I&amp;#39;ve spent about $1000 on it fixing things up in the last couple years.     That leaves me with 14 k being on the safe side.  I&amp;#39;ve only had it a year and a half.
